ROSEBURG / NORTH UMPQUA
While Backside is known for their beer you can’t miss out on their burger. They raise their own cows that they feed their own spent grain to. You’ll leave with bellies full and like you were just fed the perfect comfort meal at home.
Barney’s Better Burgers
We love a classic burger joint and Barney’s Better Burgers is just that. Walk into what you would expect a 1950s diner to look like. The burgers are flavorful with everything from a regular Quarter Pounder to the specialty Spicy Tri-tip Philly Burger topped with locally smoked tri-tip, lots of cheese and spicy sauce. Finish it off with one of their thick milkshakes made with real ice cream (the peanut butter was our favorite).

Since then, owner, Chaz has continued to shake-up the food truck world, gaining an almost cult-like following with fun and funky burger, burrito and noodle combinations. The menu and location change daily, so follow this local burger spot on Instagram so you can enjoy one of their craveable delights!
