Rodeos Pizza & Saladeria

Rodeos Pizza & Saladeria is a Klamath Falls original. It is locally-owned and operated. A passion for creativity, great pizza and community improvement inspired owners David and Nell to open Rodeos.

Rodeos’ dough is made from scratch and cold-proofed for two days to develop excellent flavor and texture. The sauce is made from scratch too. Small batches of whole-peeled tomatoes are cooked down with herbs and spices for hours to make this special sauce. The cheese is whole-milk mozzarella grated fresh daily with none of the anti-caking additives found on pre-shredded cheese used by other restaurants and pizzerias.
