HillCrest Winery and Distillery
The birthplace of Oregon Pinot Noir and the states oldest estate winery, Hillcrest Winery wines are only sold here, and the winery specializes in a style of wine that was produced a 100 years ago in Europe. All of the wines are dry farmed on hillsides and fermented in Hillcrest Winery’s patented concrete fermentors. Ageing for the reds is from 2 to 4 years making for deep rich reds without any edge. They would love to share with you what the family has learned working around the world, and why the History Channel, OPB and the movie Mondovino have helped share HillCrest Winery’s story.
