Tom loves to make people smile and all the better with food.

 He has had dream to start a business and this is where his sister Misty comes in. Misty, a serial entrepreneur, had the knowledge and skill set to help him realize his dream. Then the work began. Find and Purchase a food cart/trailer, done.

Concept, Tom wanted to make gourmet dogs and pizza which was right up his alley. Misty, loved their Grandmother’s homemade relish recipe. They thought what better way to pay homage to the woman they loved so much and was such an integral part of their lives by naming the business after one of her kitchen creations.
