Pomodori Bistro & Wine Bar

Partners John Bartow and Jeffrey Lindow were the owners and operators of Cadillac Cafe, a happening lunch spot hidden away in downtown Medford for 11.5 years. Chef John ran the kitchen while Jeff ran the dining room. Though that was all great fun, the two always wanted to have a small Italian restaurant to be able to experiment with new and exciting recipes.

The dream came true as the team opened the first Pomodori Ristorante in Florence Oregon in 2005. It was a very quaint, small Italian place, where chef John took off with new and exciting dishes the town had never experienced.

The Florence restaurant was so successful John and Jeff were able to open their second restaurant in Medford in 2008. John and Jeff sold the Florence Pomodori in summer of 2011. In 2013 they moved and opened a smaller more intimate bistro and wine bar in downtown Medford where they still serve the same great food as before.
