2022 Rosé Release Party + Truffle Pairing Tasting Flight
A special Spring Tasting Celebration, and a toast to Oregon Wine Month!
Founded in 2009, Denison Cellars is the winemaking passion of husband-wife duo Tim and Denise Wilson. Truly a boutique winery, annual production is intentionally limited to just 1,000 cases per vintage. As winemaker, Tim works with exceptional grapes sourced from small, sustainably-farmed vineyards within and throughout the Willamette Valley. Join Tim and Denise at the charming Vintages Trailer Resort Clubhouse in Dayton to celebrate new vintage releases, a 4-wine tasting flight paired with handmade chocolate truffles, and a special spring menu from Los Kopitos (food for purchase).
They’ll be pouring:
- 2022 Denison Cellar Rosé of Pinot Noir, Johnson Ridge Vineyard, Eola-Amity Hills AVA (new release)
- 2021 Denison Cellars Chardonnay, Eola Springs Vineyard, Eola-Amity Hills AVA (new release)
- 2021 Denison Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
- 2020 Denison Cellars Cassin Vineyard Chardonnay, Yamhill-Carlton AVA
Each wine will be deliciously paired with handmade chocolate truffles from Truffle Shuffle Salem. Los Kopitos will be on site with their Mobile Cocina, serving a mouthwatering menu of gourmet Mexican dishes chosen to complement the wines on pour. Did someone say Dungeness crab empanadas?!
Your $25 ticket ($15 for Denison Cellars Club Members) includes your tasting flight and paired chocolate truffles. Additional wines can be purchased by the glass. RSVP online.
