North Crater Lake Trailhead / Sno-Park

The Sno-Park is in the "Y" intersection between Highway 138 and the road leading to the north entrance of Crater Lake National Park. The North Crater Trailhead / Sno-Park is one mile east of the Crater Lake National Park junction, on Forest Road 4799. Cross-Country Skiing and Snowmobiling are available in the winter.

Provides access to:

• Pacific Crest Trail #2000, which enters Mt. Thielsen Wilderness to the north.
• North Crater Trail #1410

Amenities:

• 2 campsites with picnic tables, and fire pits
• Hitching posts
• No drinking water
• No garbage disposal – Please pack it out
• Pit toilet
