This visitor center offers cave tour ticket sales, information, exhibits about the Oregon Caves and the Siskiyou Mountains, Junior Ranger programs, bookstore, and is the trail juncture for Cliff Nature Trail and Big Tree Trail.

For same day cave tour tickets, it is recommended to stop at the Illinois Valley Visitor Center first in Cave Junction to learn current conditions and to buy tickets.
