Come celebrate a birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary, or just get together with friends! One of our deepest desires is to bring friends together around the tablesharing good conversation, good food, and of course, good tea!
We are not a typical restaurant. We always have fresh baked goods in our deli case for a light snack or lunch. Call ahead for quantity orders of scones or pasties.
We are primarily a catering company, offering three unique in-house experiences:
1. To-Go Service…
Grab a ‘cupper’ of your favorite tea in our 16 oz. solo cup with a built-in infuser.
2. Any-Time Service…
Slow down and share a pot of tea with a friend. Our ceramic service comes with a pot, warmer, cups and saucers.
3. High Tea Service…
ALL HIGH TEAS ARE BY RESERVATION at least one day in advance for 2-5 people; at least one week for larger groups. We begin service at 11 am and serve until 4 pm. High Tea is $20 per person and includes a selection of teas, tea sandwiches and/or savories, soup, or salad, scones, Devonshire cream, lemon curd, and dessert. Well have tablecloths, china, a three-tired service and silver tipping tea pots ready upon your arrival. Groups under 6 will receive Chefs Choice. Groups of 6 or more may customize a menu. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. There may be an additional charge for certain requests.
Roundtable Tea Company is the result of a longtime dream that Sandra and her sister, Bev, shared. Reminiscent of family gathered around the table with a good cup of tea and delicious baked goods, they wished to offer this experience to others. Sandras sister passed away in early 2011, never having realized their dream. In her honor, and because of our love for tea and all it entails, we created the Roundtable Tea Company. Our passion for tea and old world tradition is reflected in the careful selection of tea and preparation of food. We seek to satisfy a wide range of tastes so as to appeal to those discovering tea for the first time, as well as those who appreciate a high quality blend. For us, tea is not just a drink, it is a time to strengthen the relationship between friends and family. In many countries, the first cup of tea offered is to welcome a stranger as a guest. The second cup offered makes you a friend. If you are still around for the third cup, youre family! We feel the same way about our customers. We hope you will be around to acquire not just one, but two or more tea favorites, and so become a part of our growing family at Roundtable Tea.
