11th Annual Ashland Culinary Festival

The weekend invites culinary travelers and locals alike to the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites to enjoy the wonderful creations of over 35 award-winning wineries, breweries, food artisans and spirits while witnessing culinary magic, innovation and talent.

From the SOLD OUT Top Chef Dinner that kicks the weekend off on Thursday night to the Top Chef Showdown where 12 local chefs compete for Top Chef Honor, this weekend is not to be missed!

On Friday guests can enjoy an afternoon wine tour along the Bear Creek Wine Trail in Ashland, and return in time for the 2nd annual Mixology Competition and a new Celebrity Quick-Fire Challenge on Friday Night.

2017 Ashland Culinary Festival

On Saturday, watch the 2nd annual Junior Chef Competition, where local junior chefs compete for the Junior Chef title and a chance to shadow our Festival Judges.

The Top Chef Showdown – the center point of the event occurs both Saturday and Sunday from Noon – 5pm, culminating in the final round where the Top Chef is honored on Sunday afternoon. Enjoy the cheerful environment at the Ashland Hills Inn & Suites, Festival guests will have fun learning and tasting at culinary workshops throughout the weekend and sample or purchase treats from more than 35 food artisans, farms, restaurants, award- winning wineries and breweries all weekend long.

Culinary Hands-on Workshops are a hallmark of the Culinary Festival. Workshops will be held at a variety of locations as not all of the classes are at the Festival Headquarters. Workshops over the course of the Festival include How to Take Instagram-Worthy Food Photos with Just Your Smart Phone; Wine Education with a Certified Sommelier; Citrus Savarin Cake workshop; Mixology Tips & Tricks; Pumpkin Tart workshop; A Day of Wine & Roses! MINI Sip + Paint; and Sharpen your Knife and Your Skills!
