Siskiyou Smokejumper Base & Museum
The Siskiyou Smokejumper Base was one of the four original smokejumper bases established by the US Forest Service in 1943. It has been completely restored and is now on the National Register of Historic Places. There is an archival treasure of pictures that span five decades of smokejumping and fire fighting for you to view at your leisure.
